When Guilt Won’t Let You Move On
Guilt can be a heavy thing to carry. We replay conversations. We remember mistakes. We think about what we should have said, what we should have done differently, and we convince ourselves that somehow, we should have known better. But making a mistake doesn't make you a bad person. It makes you human. Guilt can teach us something, but it shouldn't become a life sentence. If you've hurt someone, make amends where you can. If you've made a mistake, learn from it. Then give yourself permission to move forward. You don't have to keep punishing yourself to prove that you're sorry. You are not broken. You are learning, growing and becoming who you're meant to be.
